I’m Karis, a product and UI/UX designer who loves creating digital experiences that feel simple, human, and thoughtful.
I studied Digital Arts & Sciences at the University of Florida, where I discovered how design connects creativity, technology, and storytelling. Over time, I realized what I enjoy most is solving real problems for real people, finding ways to make something both intuitive and meaningful to use.
Since then, I’ve worked on projects that focus on education, community, and everyday life, from Workload Wizard, a student workload-management app, to KeroKero, a disaster preparedness app I helped design while studying abroad in Japan.. No matter the project, my goal is always to design with empathy and make technology feel approachable.
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me taking photos with my digital camera, baking, or exploring new places.
If you work with me, expect a thoughtful collaborator who’s always eager to learn, experiment, and create something meaningful together.
